Barabanki Industrial Park
Location – Ram Sanehi Ghat, Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh, India
Area of Master Plan – 93.85 ha
Industrial Area – 57.14 ha (60.9% of the Total Area)
The Barabanki Industrial Park has been designed around the district’s strong agricultural economy, creating opportunities for value addition and agrobased manufacturing. Of the total developable area, 141.2 acre has been allocated for industrial use, with a focus on food processing, animal feed, and allied agro-product industries, supported by infrastructure and construction material manufacturing units. A defining feature of the master plan is the integration of the existing drainage channel as a green corridor, which not only enhances environmental quality but also supports stormwater management and groundwater recharge.
