In the context of implementing Resolution No. 06-NQ/TW (2022) on sustainable urban system development toward 2030 with a vision to 2045, along with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, and innovation, and the review of Decision No. 950/QĐ-BXD on smart cities, the Vietnam Urban Summit 2025 is organized as an annual national event, and as a meaningful activity to celebrate Vietnam Urban Day (November 8).
The event is scheduled to take place on November 5, 2025, at Melia Hotel, Hanoi, featuring one Opening and Plenary Session together with three Conference sessions. With the topic “Sustainable, Synchronized, and Modern Urban Development in Vietnam – A Driver of Rapid and Inclusive Growth”, the Summit aims to spread the message on smart urban development associated with sustainable growth objectives. It serves as a platform connecting government agencies, experts, international organizations, and the business community to share visions, solutions, and investment cooperation in the urbanization process, thereby contributing to building a modern, integrated, and highly adaptive urban system in Vietnam in the new era.
The Exhibition Area, part of the main event, will display cutting-edge technological solutions, offering opportunities for partnerships and cooperative innovations in the urban ecosystem.
