Eco, Smart, Climate-Resilient And Sustainable Cities

The objective of this project is to prepare a draft international experience on eco, smart, climate-resilient and sustainable cities. The International expert shall consult and get comments from the Department of Science, Technology, and Environment (DOSTE), Construction Activities Management Agency, Building Materials Department, Urban Development Agency, Planning-Architecture Department, Legal Affairs Department, and national expert on the current situation in Vietnam, challenges, and benefits of applying above-mentioned international experiences in Vietnam.

The specific tasks include

• Prepare inception report and finalized work plan and the timeline for implementation
• Literature review and assessment of global case study in eco, green, climate-resilient, smart-city
• Prepare the international background report based on the review and analysis
• Prepare a draft analysis report on international policies and experiences in incentive policies on the development of eco, smart, climate-resilient, and sustainable cities
• Prepare PowerPoint on relevant international experience and participate in the consultation workshop or dissemination workshop as requested by PMU
• Summarized applicable indicators, indexes, and measures for eco, smart, climate-resilient, and sustainable cities
• Final report on the international policies and experiences in incentive policies
