Intelligent Nurse Call

The system is designed to provide high level of communication between patients and nurses. It is also possible to integrate functions such as a room lightning, TV control, window blinds, and temperature from the handset as well as voice communication through Comfort series products between patient and nurse, or even external phone calls. Voice recordings of conversations between patient and staff or staff and other staff may be stored in the system for review by the hospital to improve quality of service. External phone calls can be tracked and billed to patients.
