In the context of the GIZ project focused on GIS and Remote Sensing capacity development, key personnel play vital roles in ensuring the successful execution of activities.

• Serve as the main contact person for GIZ and project partners.
• Take overall responsibility for the quality of services provided.
• Manage project execution, including monitoring and reporting of activities, delivery of products and services, and financial planning and oversight.
• Oversee staff management, planning assignments, and supporting both local and international experts.
• Support and contribute to the design and development of capacity-building measures and a Remote Sensing-based approach to coastal monitoring.

• Organize project-related meetings and workshops, handling all logistical aspects.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and correspondence for transparency and accountability.
• Manage invoicing and expense tracking in accordance with project requirements, facilitating smooth financial operations.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for project team members and also participants to ensure logistical efficiency.
