  buildings\, despite rapidly rising market demand.\n 	Construction emissio
 ns under pressure: Building materials account for 74.3 million tons of CO
 ₂\, equivalent to 13% of national emissions.\n 	Urban transport challeng
 es: Transportation contributes about 18% of CO₂ emissions – Achievin
 g the target of 1 million electric cars by 2030 requires urgent investment
  in infrastructure and stronger policy frameworks.\n\nTo address these cha
 llenges and pursue the Net Zero 2050 goal\, the Green Building and Transp
 ortation Week Conference and Exhibition will provide a vital platform for
  policymakers\, business leaders\, and experts to connect\, exchange insig
 hts\, and share sustainable solutions.\n\nVietnam Green Building and Trans
 portation Week 2025 Conference &amp\; Exhibition\, themed in “Innovation
  in Sustainable Construction: Promoting Green Building and Transportation 
 Development”\, will be chaired by the Ministry of Construction and co-or
 ganized by the Department of Science\, Technology\, Environment and Constr
 uction Materials in collaboration with IEC Consulting. This event will tak
 e place on October 29\, 2025\; at Vinpearl Landmark 81\, Ho Chi Minh City\
 , and serve as a key forum for in-depth dialogue\, driving positive transf
 ormation toward sustainable construction development.\n\nThrough 01 Plenar
 y Session and 04 Conference Session\, the event will bring together over 1
 \,000 delegates from government agencies\, international organizations\, e
 xperts\, and enterprises both domestic and international — to exchange e
 xperiences\, technologies\, and green development models. The sessions aim
  to assess current realities\, identify barriers\, and propose actionable
